Wasatch County boasts over 1,000 miles of bike trails through all types of terrain. Both single-track and dirt road trails climb through forests and across mountain meadows. Cool summer temperatures in Heber Valley make area road biking the perfect workout. Many routes are shared with other users; please exercise caution and courtesy when riding. Some routes are shared with motorized travel; remember to wear a helmet, ride at reasonable speeds, and be in control at all times. When riding in the mountains, be prepared with plenty of water, high energy food, and a well-equipped tool kit. Slow down and use caution when approaching or over-taking others and always yield the right of way to hikers and horseback riders.
