  Sage Loop

The sage loop trail is accessed from Dutch Canyon, off of North River Road in Midway. Drive down the dirt access road into the canyon about one mile to a grassy area on the right. Park and hike up the road until a sign directs you to the right on the trail. When the trail crests the ridge and enters a meadow, take the right fork down through the meadow. Bear right at the bottom of the canyon, where a double track will return you to your vehicle. Distance is about 3 miles. Difficulty is easy. The trail offers views of Heber Valley and wildlife. Be sure to take plenty of water.
